1. Skills packs: skills and connector, no point counting

- Every pack includes the LawgiSkill connector, without point counting, within fair-use limits (Terms, art. 7.5).
- One named seat is included in every pack. Each additional seat is a Seat+ option, for all three packs: EUR 400 excl. VAT per year with an annual pack, EUR 37 excl. VAT per month with a monthly pack.
- Packs ordered before version 1.3 of the Terms keep the number of seats set at their order.
- For the annual subscription, notice of termination must be given at least 30 days before renewal. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, with effect at the end of the current month.

3. Terms of point-based plans
- One point is one tool call successfully executed. No point is charged if the call fails, times out or is refused.
- Points are used in this order: first the month's free allowance, then the Solo allowance, then credit packs, starting with the pack that expires first. The 25-point daily cap applies to the free allowance only. Once it is reached, use continues on Solo and on credits.
- A credit pack is valid for 12 months from purchase. A reminder is sent at least 30 days before expiry, and points unused at expiry are lost.
- A credit pack is not refundable, except in the case set out in art. 5.5 of the Terms.
- After the first purchase of credits or Solo, the account can use every tool, and this access stays open for as long as the account exists.
- Solo is a monthly subscription. It can be cancelled at any time before the monthly renewal, with effect at the end of the current month.
- An account attached to a skills pack does not receive the free allowance and does not buy points (Terms, art. 3.6).
4. Scope of the free allowance

- Tool reserved to paid plans: beneficial ownership lookup (INPI).
- Outside the free allowance, open after any purchase: calculators (interest, severance pay, personal injury, child maintenance, advance tax payments, social surcharges), Belgian DPA and CNIL decisions, JORF, KALI, BOAMP, the French Constitutional Council, EUIPO trademarks, cybersecurity, the high-risk country list and the company identifier resolver.

5. Known limitations on 24 October 2026
- The CNIL decision database is not up to date after 26 May 2026.
- EUIPO design search is unavailable.
- Company registers of the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Netherlands are not open.
- Some Luxembourg court decisions are not served, because their pseudonymisation is not verified.
- An empty result does not prove that no text or decision exists.
